Diet '5:2' - Formula That Will Help You Lose Weight Faster!

Miranda Kerr, Beyoncé, Angelina Jolie, Hugh Jackman and many other celebrities use the formula ‘5:2’ or “diet for two days.” This diet was created by Michael Mosley in 2012, which can help to lose up to 6 kilograms per month.
According to the latest research published in the British Journal of Nutrition, the ‘5:2’ diet is much more effective than the classic version of weight loss. The University of Surrey (England) conducted an experiment in which 27 people took part. The participants were divided up in two groups, where the ultimate goal was to lose weight by 5%. One group followed a ‘5:2’ diet, reducing their diet to 600 kcal 2 times a week, and regularly eating in the other five. The second group followed another plan, where women could afford 1400 kcal a day, and men 1900 kcal, i.e. the classic version of weight loss.
Outcome: it took only 59 days for the participants of the first group to achieve the result, while the participants of the second group – 73 days. However, the things are more complex.
Dr. Rona Anthony, from the University of Surrey, noted that this method in the question of losing weight is not suitable for everyone. And participants from the first group confirmed this, because 600 kcal per day for some are insufficient to generate the necessary energy. A lack of energy can lead to indisposition or hunger, so these two days can be a real test, which can be an impetus to caving.
